Girls on the Run

Girls on the Run is a program that combines running with lessons on confidence, friendship, and healthy choices. Designed for girls in grades 3–5, it helps them build self-esteem, develop life skills, and train for a celebratory 5K run. The program encourages teamwork, goal setting, and a positive mindset in a fun, supportive environment.

Heart & Sole is a Girls on the Run program for middle school girls that combines physical activity with lessons on confidence, friendships, and healthy decision-making. The program focuses on the whole girl—body, brain, heart, spirit, and social connection—through fun, interactive sessions. It builds self-esteem and life skills, all leading up to a non-competitive 5K celebration.
