History Club

The Bolton Academy History Day Club is focused on helping students explore and present historical research through participation in the Louisiana History Day and National History Day competitions. Members choose a historical topic based on an annual theme and create original projects in formats such as exhibits, documentaries, performances, papers, or websites. The club guides students through the research process, helps develop critical thinking and presentation skills, and offers opportunities to compete at the regional, state, and national levels. It’s a great way for students to dive deeper into history, develop academic and creative skills, and share their work with a broader audience.
