*Once your BOLTON ACADEMY APPLICATION is submitted, you do not need to take further action until a notification is sent to you regarding acceptance. 

If a student is not accepted, they may still apply for Pre-K at their zoned school.

Families will be emailed throughout the month of February as applications are processed. Please expect an email approximately a week after your application is submitted. 

We ask that you check your Junk or Spam folder before contacting the school and to please allow 7-10 days to receive an email. 

If a placement test is needed for your child, you will be contacted. 

Acceptance notifications for our Pre-K program will be sent no later than Friday, March 13. 

Required documentation for accepted students will be communicated via email, and parents will have until Wednesday, April 8 at 3 p.m. to submit those materials.

Further instructions will be communicated to accepted students' families on how to enter information into the Rapides Parish Public School's Student Information System, OnCourse.
